The evolution of Wall Street has exposed its shortcomings with the subprime debacle beginning in 2006. Our new valuation methodology, Defining-Value™, sets a new standard for valuing companies and best serves an investor around the globe investing for the future. We challenge common beliefs to set new directions for the future.

We pride ourselves on our independent thinking and objective valuation analysis. Global Institute of Finance and Trust’s™ aim is to establish a value that is more complete than the typical valuation analysis done on Wall Street and with investment banks. The importance of our work is the authenticity of our reports. As an independent institute, we will be honest in our analysis, addressing both positive and negative qualities/factors. Depending on our analysis, a company moving in the right direction may be a reason to invest.

We highlight that low cash flow may be offset with strong corporate and social responsibility, or value may be hurt by weak relationships with employees despite strong cash flow. We seek the truth in where value lies within a company or investment, noting that cash flows can often conceal hidden value.
